Ajeer Mohammed

Senior Full-Stack Engineer
I'm a full-stack engineer in India. I build LLM products, and the checks that let AI coding agents work safely on real codebases. Since July 2026 most of my commits are written with Claude Code. My part is the architecture, the review, and the checks that fail the build when something risky slips through, like a query that could show one store's data to another. How that works, with the numbers. At SEA Media I lead a team of 4 to 6 developers, and I built Enrixa AI, a shopping assistant that is live for an online pharmacy. Earlier work shipped to a US state health department, international pharmaceutical brands, and retailers in India, the UAE and the United States. The checks are open source as bouncer-gates and estate. Based in India (IST), open to relocation and remote roles.

Work Experience

SEA Media05/2025 - Present
Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Project Partner
  • I lead a team of 4 to 6 developers: I plan the architecture, assign the work, review the code and mentor.
  • Enrixa Store: a multi-tenant e-commerce platform where each merchant runs their own store on a subdomain, now live with its first two merchants. NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL, with separate Next.js apps for the merchant admin and the storefront; 60 data models and 287 endpoints. I set the tenancy model, the payments layer for Razorpay and cash on delivery, and the release plan.
  • Most of Enrixa Store is written with Claude Code (1,276 of my 1,357 commits), so I made the risky mistakes fail the build. Every push runs a tenant-isolation check and a migration check, so a query that could show one store's data to another stops CI, whoever wrote it. The agent works inside a setup I designed: a hook that stops it opening secret files, permissions cut from 662 rules to 62, and production reachable only through one committed command. The reusable checks are open source as bouncer-gates.
  • Enrixa AI: a shopping assistant for Shopify stores, live for an online pharmacy and handling about 600 to 700 conversations a month. It looks up products and live stock while it answers, streams the reply as it is written, and falls back from Claude to Gemini when a provider is busy. 132 tests run the real assistant against a demo store, including the refusals a pharmacy must make, and block a release on any failure. I also wrote its product plan and cost model.
  • W.I.N.S: led the Alabama Department of Public Health's infant-safety app, a Next.js admin on Supabase and a Flutter app for parents sharing one PostgreSQL database. Live on the App Store and Google Play since July 2026, with 78 families registered so far. I wrote the schema contract and table ownership rules that let two teams share the database without breaking each other's features.
  • Built a Shopify Hydrogen storefront serving more than 10,000 daily users across India with four other engineers, and owned the architecture notes and the Oxygen deploy pipeline.
  • Built a competitor price monitoring app for Shopify that changes nothing until the merchant approves a dry run, and ran deployment and operations across all of it: Docker, GitHub Actions, Vercel and Oxygen releases, PM2, and managed PostgreSQL and Redis.
NTAM Group (Delta Plus Event Management)06/2024 - 04/2025
Software Developer
  • Built a gamified training platform for Abbott's medical representatives, used by over 1,000 reps worldwide, with per-region admin panels, a CMS and reporting. Angular, PHP, Node.js, SQL and microservices.
  • Delivered L'Oréal's event app for Android and iOS, covering agendas, badge scanning, surveys, live voting and push notifications. Used at more than 5 live events. Flutter, .NET and SQL.
  • Built the interactive pieces for Nestlé's Ascenda launch at the Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah: a full-body-tracking growth wall where guests watched themselves grow on a 4 metre screen, then printed or shared the photo, and a Mario-style runner played on an Xbox controller. More than 150 guests used them in one evening. Electron, React, Redux and MediaPipe.
  • Built a talking avatar chatbot for Novartis that answered healthcare professionals' product questions aloud, on a model I fine-tuned. Next.js, Python and Google TTS.
Indus Real Estate LLC12/2022 - 06/2024
Full-Stack Developer
  • Built a lease management CRM as a progressive web app covering more than 200 units, tracking lease expiry, payments, cheques, maintenance and reporting. Angular, PHP, Node.js and SQL on Linux.
  • Rebuilt the public property site with better filtering and agent contact flows, cutting page load time by 70 percent by fixing first contentful paint. Next.js, Node.js, PHP and SQL.
  • Added a CMS with an image pipeline that resizes, crops and converts uploads to WebP through Sharp, along with reporting tools for the content team.
DOSII06/2022 - 12/2022
Flutter Developer
  • Helped build a university admissions platform with predictive analytics that served over 1,000 students in its first quarter, and set up the project's unit and integration tests. Flutter, Python, Firebase, GCP and GetX.
Brototype11/2021 - 04/2022
Flutter Developer Intern
  • Built playlist management, shuffle playback and favourites for a media application.

Working with AI agentsBuilding software with coding agents and keeping it safe: Claude Code project instructions, skills, hooks and permission policy, MCP servers, and CI checks that hold an agent to the same standard as a person. Building AI products: assistants that call tools, search over a product catalog, streamed replies, fallback between Claude and Gemini, and behaviour tests that run the real assistant rather than a mock.

Open sourcebouncer-gates checks every code change for five expensive mistakes before they merge: leaked secrets, database queries that cross tenants, money maths on floats, migrations that break the running app mid-deploy, and documentation links pointing at deleted files. Each gate is a pure function, so one implementation runs in CI, inside Claude Code and Cursor as an MCP server and post-edit hook, in a Cloudflare Worker and in the browser. Zero runtime dependencies and 159 tests, published as bouncer-gates and listed in the official MCP Registry. Most of the work went into being wrong less often: 45 findings on a real repository, 32 of them false positives, brought down to 13 that were all genuine. estate is a linter for repositories rather than the code inside them, one Go binary with no dependencies and 102 tests. Also two small npm utilities: web-element-scraper and nodejs-performance-profiler.
